FDC Staff
Our staff is highly trained and educated in early childhood education as well as therapeutic principals. We use an individualized approach with every family receiving services, utilizing a trauma informed approach of case management.
Board of Directors
Our board represents a cross-section of our community and has a passion for our organization and those we serve. Our board members work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization and oversee that the funds raised are used directly for service delivery to all eligible families.
